We want you to be completely satisfied with OutstaFlow. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for both Annual ($10/year) and Lifetime ($99) license purchases, provided the request is made within 14 days of the original transaction date.

After the 14-day window, refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, or where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at:

support@outstaflow.com

Please include:

  • The email address used for your purchase.
  • Your order number or license key (found in your LemonSqueezy receipt).
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You will lose access to licensed features but may continue using OutstaFlow under the free tier (10 minutes of dictation per day, up to 3 saved snippets).

Third-Party API Costs

OutstaFlow operates on a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) model. Any costs you incur through third-party API providers (such as Groq) are between you and the provider. We cannot refund third-party API charges as these are not collected by us.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If the Service has a major failure or cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of the timeframes above.
